Being a General Member of Idaho REIN is for anyone that is currently involved or wants to be involved in real estate investing in our great state of Idaho!

I’m in North Idaho, do you have anything for me?

We have members from all of the state who attend our monthly virtual trainings! We have North Idaho live gatherings from time to time!

I’m in Eastern Idaho, do you have anything for me?

We have members from all of the state who attend our monthly virtual trainings! If you would like to explore hosting a live event in that area, please get in contact with us

Is there a certain level of investing experience required?

Not at all. Come with a growth mindset, and a desire to give and get value, and you'll fit right in.

Can my spouse, domestic partner or business partner join with me?

Absolutely - it's encouraged! At the huge value we are offering for the general membership, each person will need their own membership if individual access and discounts are desired for each partner. If you are a business looking to add multiple partners/employees in order to grow your business, you'll want to check out our Business memberships.

Do I need to live in Idaho to be a Member?

Our membership was created with Idaho investors in mind. That said, anyone with a keen interest in or is currently investing in Idaho is welcome and encouraged to join us! You may not be here for every live event, but our private Facebook page, virtual calls, and portal with resources offer tons of support!

What is the refund policy?

Our general memberships are an annual commitment. At less than $25/month if prepaid (or $37 if paid monthly) we’re confident you’ll receive far more in value than the cost. Real estate success doesn’t happen overnight, and growth and knowledge takes time. A full year gives you the space to learn, connect, take action, and experience the true benefits of being part of Idaho REIN!

What are the events and trainings?

We host many live events a year in the Boise area - we have both general connection events with education and social connection events. We host training workshops and other happenings, and co-host a statewide conference - Idaho REICon!

Some events are member-exclusive, while others are open to guests. Our monthly virtual calls are member exclusives and are included with your membership. Be sure to check out our events page to stay up to date.
